There are a few VERY important things that need to
be understood about plots within the site. So here is
an area where you can read and understand more
about how the sites plots are set out the way they are.
• Let The Truth Unfold: New Riddles is set 23 years after the battle of Hogwarts.
• When Voldemort and Harry Potter had their fight during the Battle of Hogwarts, Harry Potter had not completely killed and finished off Voldemort. Instead, he was destroyed, tortured ... far worse than he had been when he was destroyed when Harry was a baby. He was beyond repair. He was barely human, holding onto life by a thread ... knowing his time was soon coming to an end. He was dying slowly and painfully. He knew it was going to take a few years for him to suffer. After all the Horcruxes and suffering he had caused everyone around the world, this was his punishment. He didn't want Salazar Slytherin's line to end this way. He didn't want the Riddle line to end this way. Now, during his life he had known a woman that had been his secret lover for years and years. It was when he was destroyed that Aphrodite Blakley became his only company during those years. They ended up having children, Voldemort dying not long after his final daughter was born. Their first children were twins, who they named Apollo and Artemis Riddle, named after the twin Greek God and Goddess. But the important child was their final child, their youngest daughter, Persephone, also named after a Goddess: the Goddess of the Underworld.
• Persephone was very different from her older siblings. She showed more traits of Voldemort then the twins, even at a young age. Voldemort could sense it in her with the short amount of time he spent with her. He planned many things for her to do. So when she was old enough to understand everything, she had learned a lot about who her father was and what he had done. She understood that and knew it was her job to finish what her father had started to create.
• Remus and Nymphadora Lupin did die, leaving their now Orphan son Theodore Lupin to be raised with the Potters, however, they did not die during the battle at Hogwarts. Instead, they died during a battle between the remaining Death Eaters and the remaining Order of the Phoenix after everyone had believed that Voldemort was dead. Death Eaters seeked revenge and attempted targeting Order members when they killed Nymphadora and Remus. Teddy was then raised with the Potter family.
•• Teddy is the same age as James Potter, born the same year. Teddy also had a younger brother, Romulus. He was born just days before their parents had died.
• Now, who would have ever thought that pureblood Draco Malfoy would disgrace his line and end up marrying muggleborn witch, Hermione Granger. After all those years of fighting and never getting along, why would they end up married? Well, as it turns out that, there were secret feelings hidden under all the hatred, as there tends to be with certain people. Draco was secretly falling for Hermione, as Hermione was for Draco. Towards the end of the battle of Hogwarts, their feelings started to become more public. Ronald Weasley was jealous, and he hated Draco even more and started to fight a lot more with Hermione, Harry was sort of stuck in the middle, seeing as he too hated Draco. But they couldn't do anything about it, Draco and Hermione had made it official after the end of what would have been their seventh year. However, Hermione introduced Ron to her muggle best friend, whom she basically called sister, Annaliese Tobies. At first, Ron wasn't too sure ... but then they started to click, eventually getting married around the time that Annaliese fell pregnant.
• There is one important problem between Draco and Hermione's relationship. Draco's father, Lucius Malfoy. He disgusts those out of pureblood families, and especially has a distaste in Hermione. After discovering what was going on between Draco and Hermione, he planned to put a stop to it. However, many years after he had failed, but he keeps attempting to tear them apart. He will do whatever it takes. His son has disgraced him and he can't bear the thought of their pureblood line ending. Also, Hermione's relationships with her school friends were getting unsteady. She still remains best friends with Harry, even though he and Draco had been arch rivals. Ginny Weasley was never bothered by her choice in choosing Draco and is still a very close friend. Ron, however, is more difficult. Even though he's married to Hermione's muggle "sister" best friend, he still doesn't like Draco, no matter what anyone else thinks. There relationship grew shaky.
• Hermione and Draco have two children, twins. Isabella and Scorpius Malfoy. Isabella looks closer to her mother, while Scorpius looks more like his father. The twins are really close, yet they do have their moments. Now Scorpius is going through some rough stages, with certain people. Lily Potter, daughter of Harry and Ginny Potter really can't stand Scorpius. However, she's sort of going through the "Hermione" stage and can't help but have feelings for him. Now, her best friends are her cousins Rose Weasley and Dominique Weasley and all three of them have some involvement with Scorpius. Lily is denyingly falling for Scorpius, even though she can't stand him at all. Then there's Rose, Ron and Annaliese's daughter who has liked him for some time but has kept it to herself incase her father found out. Dominique, however, has always hated the Malfoy twins. They never got along and always argued and tormented each other whenever she saw any of them. She wants to protect her cousins, keep Scorpius away from them and them away from Scorpius.
