Romulus is 5'6 tall. He has a pale complexion, which he can change at will due to his Metamorphmagus ability, though he likes having pale skin. He tried to keep his hair a dark brown, but it will change with his emotions. He likes to keep his eyes a dark blue colour, a symbolic gesture towards his house, Ravenclaw, but like his hair then can change depending on his emotions. He has many scars around his wrists and lower arms

Romulus is usually found wearing his school robes. He prefers wearing pants and jeans to shorts. He usually wears long sleeved shirts to hide the scars unless he's wearing his robes. He likes the colour blue and can be found wearing a lot of that colour. He usually sleeps in just a pair of pyjama pants and if its cold he'll put on a old long sleeved shirt.

Romulus takes traits from both his mother and father. Romulus is a good-natured kid who is intelligent and kind with the ability to see the good in almost everybody and was extremely forgiving which he gets from his father. However he's got his mothers clumsiness and also got her quick temper. He's enthusiastic about studying, often found with his head stuck in a book. When he was younger, he suffered from bouts of depression, often wondering why his parents were taken away when he clearly needed them to help with the lycanthropy. He sees Harry as a father figure and looks up to him greatly.

Romulus Alastor Lupin was born 2 days before his parents were murdered. His first name came from an alias his father used during the Second Wizarding War and his middle name can from his mother's auror teacher, Alastor Moody. He was raised by his grandmother, Andromeda Tonks. During his childhood, he became depressed because of the simple fact that he'd never be able to see his parents except for in photos. Though Andromeda tried her best to help him, he sunk deeper into the depression. Books helped him overcome but during the following years he went in and out of depression.

At the age of 10, the Potters, concerned for him, asked that Romulus and Teddy stay with them permanently, insisting that they were 'practically family'. This allowed his grandmother to stop stressing over him. The year after he was suprised to get the Hogwarts acceptance letter, wondering why they would allow werewolves among the students. Nevertheless he was somewhat happy.

At the sorting ceremony he was placed in Ravenclaw. Upon hearing Teddy being placed in Gryffindor, he became a little upset that he wouldnt be able to spend must time with his brother. He quickly fitted in with the Ravenclaws as they shared a thirst for knowledge. During his early years, he was often teased and taunted by the Slytherins. He tried ignoring it, often letting his anger out on his pillow late at night. It wasnt until his 4th year did he let his temper get the better of him, his hair and eyes going a bright red as he hexed the person that pushed him over the edge. He ended up getting a months detention for it, but after that most of the teasing stopped, only hearing the odd 1 or 2 every now and then. During the full moon, he often went to the shrieking shack thanks to the headmaster's instructions, however he often missed school the day after due to him feeling extremely tired afterwards. During his 2nd year, he inherited his mothers broom, a Comet 260 broomstick with a rounded wood twig accent piece and strings and ribbons tied to the handle, which he cherishes.Over the years he's developed a crush on both Lily Potter and Dominique Weasley[/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]

Moony sighed once again as he gazed at the picture in his hands. He would never know his parents and he really needed then. He looked up to his bedside table, his trusty pocket knife was sitting in one of the draws. Pulling up the sleeve of his shirt, his fingers ran over the rasied scar lines that littered his skin. He hadnt cut for a while, maybe thats why he felt like he was sinking back into the state he was in before. The muggles called it depression, but of course he denied it, saying that he was fine. Most of the time he usually cut at school and then heal them with a simple spell. These lines had been from when he done it at home, were he wasnt allowed to do magic yet, resulting in scars.

He placed the picture down, stood up and was about to exit his room. The blade seemed to be calling him and he was too weak to resist it. Shuting the door and locking it, he walked over to his bedside table. Rummaging around for the pocket knife, he smiled as he felt the familiar object meet his hands. He stared at the knife for a moment before resting it on his skin. He took a deeo breath, preparing himself for the little sting before running it across his skin. He gritted his teeth, afraid that if he made one simple noise then someone would come up and see what he was doing. He hadnt thought about the mess and cursed himself as he pulled out an old towel from under his bed. A faint smile appeared on his lips as he watched the red liquid drip from his arm. He stared for a while before hearing someone call out for him. Again he cursed under his breath as he cleaned the mess up. Wrapping the wound up, he pulled the sleeve down making sure the bandage couldnt be seen before heading downstairs.
